Disconnect from the noise of the modern world and step into the vast, grounding energy of the Sinai desert and the Red Sea. This October, join us for a transformative four-day journey designed to strip away the distractions of daily life and realign you with your truest, highest Self.
We will gather at Rock Sea Camp, an authentic, eco-friendly, traditional Bedouin beach camp nestled on a peaceful stretch of the Nuweiba coast. Here, we live in simple harmony with nature, sleeping in traditional beach huts crafted from natural elements, practicing the art of pure presence. The camp opens directly onto a spectacular marine sanctuary – the Red Sea is world-renowned for its breathtaking natural phenomenon of vibrant underwater life. Right from our shore, you will encounter a thriving ecosystem of ancient coral reefs, swaying seaweeds, and a dazzling array of peculiar, colorful fish found nowhere else on earth.
Our Practices & Experiences
We will journey inward and connect with nature through a curated blend of mindful practices:
Yoga & Meditation
Daily sessions to anchor your body, expand your breathing awareness and quiet your mind.
Ceremonial Tea Practice
Sacred moments of stillness and deeper interconnectedness over tea.
Being in the Moment
Cultivating deep presence through intentional hiking, photography, haiku poetry, and swimming or snorkelling in the healing waters of the Red Sea.
Soulful Discussions
Gatherings designed to share personal insights, reflect on our daily transformations, and build lasting connections within an intimate, like-minded community.
The Pilgrimage: Saint Catherine
On our final day (October 27), we will embark on a sacred pilgrimage to Saint Catherine. We will visit the historic village and monastery, and hike to the breathtaking mountain summit – a symbolic finale to your journey of self-discovery.
